Panels include “Recovering the Individual: Contemporary Asian Art,” “Soft Power in Asia,” and “Rice and Steel: Urban Development in Northeast Asia.” The Columbia East Asia Review (CEAR), an undergraduate peer-review academic journal, will also launch its second volume.
